When AIG Gem Lab issues a certificate for a diamond or gem, it is sealed in secure, tamper-evident packaging per the customer's request. A portion of the AIG Diamond Appraisal Report File or Gem Test Report is enclosed in the front print and the rest can be seen on the back.
The seal cannot be resealed once opened, thus providing complete protection for the contents of the package.
Natural Tourmaline Qualified for Color Tourmaline Paraiba is tested for copper and manganese using an EDXRF machine. The percentage of copper is examined and, if necessary, the percentage is located, it is classified as tourmaline Paraiba.
